Hey everyone! My name is Ali and I am a long-distance runner and a very humble weight-lifter in Chicago.
I came across Matt's mobility training on Instagram and was so excited he was able to launch his own platform today! I am just a member and thought I'd kickstart this thread to introduce myself and hopefully know more about y'all's fitness backgrounds and goals!
My knees and ankles are notoriously tight and limited in their ranges, and I am quad-dominant. This often affects my running form and I always spend a lot of time on "traditional" strength exercises to mitigate injury risk. Mobility training has helped me tremendously, and I am so excited to see Matt's content in its own dedicated platform. It has been very useful and insightful.
