Hey everyone! My name is Ali and I am a long-distance runner and a very humble weight-lifter in Chicago.

I came across Matt's mobility training on Instagram and was so excited he was able to launch his own platform today! I am just a member and thought I'd kickstart this thread to introduce myself and hopefully know more about y'all's fitness backgrounds and goals!

My knees and ankles are notoriously tight and limited in their ranges, and I am quad-dominant. This often affects my running form and I always spend a lot of time on "traditional" strength exercises to mitigate injury risk. Mobility training has helped me tremendously, and I am so excited to see Matt's content in its own dedicated platform. It has been very useful and insightful. Looking forward to hearing more from y'all!

Hey everyone, I'm Bethany Stewart! I've followed Matt for a while and have done both of his Train Heroic programs (Mobility Membership and the Strength and Performance program). He is top-notch. I've been fitting in mobility work where I can along with hypertrophy-focused training and aerobic training, but could use a bit more structure.

Hey guys, recent joiner here - I have been following Matt on Instagram for a while but took the plunge. I'm your generic mid-30s guy who collected all the injuries from doing lots of sport when younger before getting all sedentary, inflexible and sore.

Just over a month in now and loving the sessions - did some hillwalking this weekend and felt much happier with my joints when they usually give me a bit of grief!
