I just signed up and was looking for some advise on how to structure the classes, I am juggling this between BJJ classes 4 times a week and 3 strength classes, but need more mobility work as I need more then just stretching, my flexibility is ok for my age but my strength at end range when rolling is terrible.

Hey John, sounds like you'd do well starting with the full-body pre-made programs. BJJ has a large focus on the shoulder, hip, and knee being challenged at the end-range so I would rotate through taking classes focused on each one of those areas.
The full body program will have all those focuses plus spine and core which is always beneficial to train. Start in the beginner program and then work into the intermediate and advanced!

No pain at all, I'm here as a resource and I'm stoked you're reaching out about it. Simply put, more is going to create faster adaptation and improvement, but x3 per week is a solid amount. I would do CARs daily (especially before rolling) and also PAILs/RAILs in any area that is a pain point per rolling. (shoulder, hip & knee)
In this case you would be using the end-range isometrics (PAILs/RAILs) as a primer for the nervous system, not to create space, just to stimulate CNS control and awareness.
That means you will skip the 2 minute stretch and go right into max effort. THIS will emulate someone catching you in a closed guard or a leg lock etc.
