This is a multi-joint class focused on the shoulders, hips, and spine. For hips we are working hip abduction and extension from a tabletop position then moving into shoulder extension and scapula retraction. From there challenging out strength through the push-up and finishing with some spine extension work with lateral flexion.
Props needed:
