Hip Classes
This collection of videos is all focused on the hip. This is my personal favorite joint to work so I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. The hip plays a very important role in any full-body movement and should receive adequate attention.

Lower Body Class 01: Rotation Everywhere
This is a lower body class focused on rotation and inversion/eversion. This class focuses on the fundamentals of each of the joints. Rotation through the hips and knees while attacking inversion and eversion of the ankle.
Props needed: Two yoga blocks

Hip & Knee Class 01: Lower Body Juice
This is a hip and knee class focused on hip rotation, flexion and extension, and knee flexion.
Props needed: two yoga blocks, two sticks/poles, and a mat/pad for the knee

Lower Body Class 02: Squat Building Blocks
This is a lower body class focused on building a better squat. From the hips to the knees and the ankles, the squat demands a lot from us. Even elite athletes and lifters will benefit from this class, just because you can squat, doesn't mean you won't get helpful insights.
