This is a Multi-Joint class focused on the Spine, Hips, and Shoulders. In 35 Minutes we move through CARs, half kneeling hip extension, spine flexion, extension and rotation then move through a 90/90 hip rotation series, into shoulder rotation challenge, and finish with segmentation wide leg segmentation sit-ups.
Props needed:
One Yoga Block
Two Poles or a Wall
