This category of classes focuses on building the joint range of motion and strength required to complete specific tasks or sports. Examples of classes will be geared toward push-ups, squats, pull-ups, running, biking etc.

  • Ankle & Foot Class 1: Runner's Feet

    This is an ankle and foot class focused on inversion, eversion, flexion, extension, toe segmentation, and grip. Wow, that's a lot. This is a premiere foot session that will have lots of take-aways. This was filmed in the basement of my brother's house while on holiday. I hope you enjoy it!

  • Shoulder & Scapula Class 13: Bulletproof Push-Ups

    This class is focused on the shoulder and scapula with an emphasis on abduction, extension & scapula retraction

    This class will focus on shoulder flexion, extension, and scapula retraction. These shoulder aspects will help with overhead pressing, pull-ups, push-ups, bench press, and rowing movements.

  • Lower Body Class 02: Squat Building Blocks

    This is a lower body class focused on building a better squat. From the hips to the knees and the ankles, the squat demands a lot from us. Even elite athletes and lifters will benefit from this class, just because you can squat, doesn't mean you won't get helpful insights.

    This is a knee and ankle-focused class. The knee is focused on rotation and flexion, while the ankle is focused on flexion.

  • Knee & Ankle Class 07: Reverse Nordic's & Pistol Squats

    This is a knee and ankle-focused class. The knee is focused on rotation and flexion, while the ankle is focused on flexion and extension. This class will build up to a reverse curl and a pistol squat (modification provided)

    This is a shoulder and scapula class focused on creating the capacity needed for pull-ups. Whether you want to break through a plateau or get your first pull-up, this class is for you.
