12 Week Advanced Program

Welcome to the 12-week advanced program. I created this program for someone who wants to improve the function of their whole body. Increase control, strength, and range of motion. You will take every class twice. Please keep in mind, that you can navigate this program however you see fit. My recommendation is to lay out your schedule like this:

Week 1: Hip Class 10, Spine Class 10, & Shoulder Class 10
Week 2: Knee Class 10, Hip Class 11, & Spine Class 11
Week 3: Shoulder Class 11, Knee Class 11, & Hip Class 12
Week 4: Spine Class 12, Shoulder Class 12, & Knee Class 12
Week 5: Hip Class 13, Spine Class 13, & Shoulder Class 13
Week 6: Knee Class 13, Hip Class 14, & Spine Class 14

Extras: Shoulder Class 14 & Knee Class 14

Week 7: Hip Class 10, Spine Class 10, & Shoulder Class 10
Week 8: Knee Class 10, Hip Class 11, & Spine Class 11
